Dear Tracy –

Now that Mom is settled in to her new apartment, my brothers & I want to thank you for all you, Joe & the members of your company did to make the move a pleasant & even joyful experience.   At 95, any kind of change is difficult.  As a result of your exceptional care, we were able to get her comfortable & enjoying her new surroundings very quickly.

You showed a wonderful appreciation of what one needs to pay attention to when moving a senior, from arranging things for safety & convenience to understanding how important it is for Mom to be surrounded by things she loves.   Suggesting the closet organizers & the drop table for the kitchen & then going out & purchasing & installing them was over-the-top attention to detail & her special needs!  Mom can’t stop talking about how wonderful you & your company are.
